daily restock nespresso machine great location afternoon champagne
the hotel provided a daily restock of complimentary water. the room includes a nespresso machine that worked well. i found a good location within walking distance of tourist spots. staff offered champagne each afternoon, a good touch.
the room i stayed in felt very little.

the hotel is near many attractions, so i walked to them. the area felt quiet, so i was relaxed. nearby metro stations makes the hotel easily accessible for exploring the city.

the personnel were lovely, always willing to assist. the staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i found them cute and efficient from check-in to departure.

charming stay
art theme quiet courtyard daily housekeeping soundproofed room
the hotel features art on each floor dedicated to different artists. i stayed on the fifth floor, it was dedicated to roy lichtenstein. my room overlooked a quiet inner courtyard and was soundproofed. cleanliness was commendable, both upon arrival and with the daily housekeeping.
sometimes, i wanted a refreshing drink, but the mini-fridge lacked variety.

the hotel is near many restaurants. it's also a short walk to major attractions. the taxi stand right outside the entrance made getting around easy and fast.

mixed feelings about the stay
cockroach in room non-working wifi
the breakfast was good and fresh beverages were available in the lobby
i found a cockroach in my room the next morning i think this is not acceptable for a hotel that charges so much per night additionally the wifi did not work in my room i needed to buy a sim card to have internet access
